Lektori z tanečnej školy Hip Hop Centrum Žilina sa rozhodli netradične spropagovať blížiace sa LotF 5, a to priamo na pôde Žilinskej Univerzity. Kultúrne spestrenie vyučovania určite potešilo prítomných študentov.

Pedro je členom skupiny Momentum z Portugalska, je tiež súčasťou novej generácie európskych bboys a zároveň tvorí časť histórie bboyingu v Portugalsku. Na EUROBATTLE sa podieľa od roku 2006 a jeho úloha je starať sa o tímy počas ich pobytu na EB. Pedro is part of Momentum crew, he is part of new generation of European Bboys building up history for b-boying in Portugal. He is working developing Eurobattle since 2006 and he is responsible for being part of the Bboy Team that represented Portugal all over the world biggest events to achieve this following CV. Prvý krát zavíta na Slovensko legenda svetového bboying-u angličan Tuf Tim Twist. Člen legendárnej americkej Rock Steady crew, vítaz mnohých súťaži nepríde na Slovensko sám. For the first time in Slovakia, The legendary member of Rock Steady Crew (USA), the winnner of many competitions and battles Englishman Tuf Tim Twist is coming. He won't come alone, but with his wife and son. The inetersting thing about their coming is that, thay're all the active dancing family and live the hip hop culture. Academy a momentálne najuspešnejšieho street "Battle teamu" v Čechcách i na Slovensku... Má za sebou 6 titulov Majstra sveta, tituly Majstra SR a CR ale Europy v kategoriách International Dance Organization...Ako člen Battle teamu vyhrál s BDS Academy Dance Floor Attack 2007 a 2008 a 2010 - najprestížnejší battle street crews v Čr... Pre tých čo nepoznajú Alien Nessa je to b-boy s originál funky old schol štýlom, ktorý je rešpektovaný bboymi po celom svete, pričom stále zastáva skutočnú podstate hip-hopu. Pod vedením Scott La Rock-a a KRS One-a bol Alien Ness pôvodným členom „Boogie Down Productions". Krátko na to sa stal členom už uznávanej a svetovo preslávenej skupiny "New York City Breakers". O pár rokov neskôr jeho meno "Kid Ness" pominulo a "krstný otec" hip hopu Afrika Bambaatta mu zmenil meno na "Alien Ness". V roku 2000 mu Afrika Bambaatta dal možnosť pridávať nových členov do legendárnej skupiny Mighty Zulu Kings, ktorý budú ju reprezentovat pre Bambaatta. < viac sa dozviete tu >.
Tento rok sa Life on the Floor stáva oficiálnou kvalifikáciou pre Eurobattle 2010. Eurobattle je jedeno z najväčších podujatí v Európe, s najlepšími tanečníkmi z celého sveta. Je to druh podujatia, kde na jednom mieste môžete vidieť 5 rôznych štýlov: Bboying, Bgirling, Locking, Popping a Newschool dance. Tento rok to bude pre Eurobattle už 6.ročník a organizátori sľubujú, že bude doposiaľ najlepší. Portugalské mesto Porto, v ktorom sa Eurobattle koná je druhé najväčšie mesto s veľkou históriou, krásnymi miestami a veľmi dobrou metro dopravou, ktorou sa dostanete takmer všade. This year the event Life on the Floor is official qualification for Eurobattle 2010. Eurobattle is an international hip-hop dance event with participation of the world's best dancers. It's of of a kind event where you can see on the same place 5 different styles: Bboying, Bgirling, Locking, Popping a Newschool dance. This year it's 6th anniversary and organizers promise it's gonna be of the best ever. Mini výprava bboy-ov zo Slovenska sprevádzali víťaza New Year Battle MiniBoj-a na medzinárodnej súťaži vo francúzskom Nantes, kde reprezentoval Slovensko. Nezabudli pri tom na LOTF a poslali krátky pozdrav.

Počas štyroch ročníkov odzvádzal majstrovskú prácu náš kamarát DJ Lukshu. Tento ročník mu doprajeme užiť si LotF 5 a jeho gramce prevezme talentovaný slovinec DJ Woo-D, ktorý hral na top európskych eventoch ako sú IBE, FreestyleSession Europe, či Circle Kingz. Profil Woo-dyho nájdete tu.
